Originally established as a specialist inventory business, Neutral quickly built a strong reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and reliability. Long-standing client relationships and increasing demand naturally led to expansion into property management.

As Homera Real Estate grew, it became clear that a fully integrated model would best serve clients. Today, all property management is delivered under the Homera Real Estate brand, with Teresa overseeing and co-managing this service to ensure consistency, compliance, and a high standard of care across every property.

With extensive hands-on experience in both inventory reporting and property management, Teresa brings a detail-driven, transparent approach that protects landlords and tenants alike.
